If you’re camping, you probably already have chairs and blankets, etc, which depending on the weather, you may need. If you have a powered spot, you may want to bring a long extension cord of 50’ to 100’. All powered sites are 15A 110V. No 30A service is provided on the grounds.
If you’re visiting for the day and evening, you may want to bring a change of clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, seat cushion, cell phone or a camera for taking photos and videos of the event. At night, you may want a flashlight or at least the light on your cellphone. All parking is within a short walk of the grounds so you can leave most of your items in your locked vehicle.
There is seating at the rodeo grandstand and throughout the grounds, but you may want to bring your own camping chair. There’s some chairs and tables inside the Pavilion for the nightly entertainment.
We strongly advise not bringing glass containers
no chairs with canopies
no drones
no fireworks
no radios or audio equipment in the rodeo grounds or Pavilion
No Promotional/Advertising or Sale Materials not approved by Chris & Kerry Productions. Anyone found to be in violation of this policy will be removed from the event grounds.

Pets are allowed on the Bashaw Ag Grounds but not within the Rodeo grounds or Pavilion.
Bashaw Ag Grounds is off Hwy 21 and on Hwy 53 near 48 St, next to the train tracks. If you search for Bashaw Ag Grounds it may show the office location.
The schedule with any changes is up on the web site. The events are shown with their start time, however you can enter the venue up to a half hour ahead.
The grounds are open to the vendors and volunteers at noon, however if you’re a patron and/or camper, we ask that you please don’t arrive until at least 2pm.
We’ll have a few volunteers at the gate to give you direction on where to park or set up your camper.
Most importantly, please have a copy of your purchase email receipt for when you drive up. If you don’t have a printed copy, we can look you up by your contact info given when you bought your tickets. If we have your information, already, you will be given a package with your wristbands and camping pass. However, if you haven’t yet paid for your tickets or camping, we will get you to park and you’ll have to pick them up at the Ticket Booth next to the Rodeo Grandstand.
You need your wristband for admission and your camping pass to park your camper or tent.
If you’re parking and need accessible parking, you can park in the area closest to the ticket booth by the rodeo grandstand.
There are three sets of washrooms.
One set in the main Agricultural building, one in its own building behind the Rodeo Grandstand next to the Pavilion. These both have shower facilities, as well.
And there’s a washroom by the baseball diamond, which may be closer for some campers.
There are Vendors Inside the Pavilion and Outside on the Grounds.
Food services are provided by the food trucks and vendors as well as the Whistle Stop Cafe which will be set up by the Rodeo Grandstand.
Outside Food and Beverages will not be allowed in the Rodeo Grounds or the Pavilion.
