EVENT CANCELLED

We were so excited and looking forward to to hosting New Year’s Eve 2024 at the Baymont Inn in Red Deer!

However, after much deliberation, we have formally decided to cancel our New Year’s Eve event.

While there was strong support online and in person, we needed to sell so many tickets before Dec 27 to let the venue know about seating and food and drinks. We’ve fallen short of our ticket goal and we just can’t continue with the event. And we wanted to give you enough time that you could plan to bring in the new year at another event.

But don’t worry, we will be looking at hosting another event soon in 2024.

We will be issuing refunds immediately. 

Once again, thank you for your support and we hope to see you at another event sometime soon.
